About LYIT
Your warehouse system knows what it dispatched. Nobody knows what happens after that.
Why LYIT Exists
After more than 20 years working in field maintenance and heavy equipment environments, one problem kept coming up.
Parts would leave the main warehouse and disappear into the last yard – the workshop, the remote store, the parts container out on site. Nobody knew what was happening after that. The warehouse system recorded what it dispatched. What actually left the shelf at the point of use went completely untracked.
That’s not a technology problem. It’s a visibility problem and it costs sites more than most people realise in reactive freight, in downtime, in people scrambling for parts that should have been there.
LYIT was built to fix that blind spot.
Who built it
My name is Glen Muller. I’ve spent over 20 years in field maintenance and industrial environments – heavy mobile equipment, remote operations, workshops where uptime is everything and the nearest parts store is an hour or more away.
I built LYIT because I kept seeing the same gap. Good sites, good people, decent systems – and still getting caught out by parts shortages that nobody saw coming because nobody was watching what was happening at the shelf.
LYIT is the system I wished existed.
Because SIMPLE wins in the field.
Built from field experience, backed by reliable systems
To make sure the platform behind LYIT was robust and scalable, development was undertaken in collaboration with Otron, an experienced software engineering company. That combination – field experience and solid systems architecture – is what makes LYIT reliable in real-world conditions.
Providing tailored software and cloud systems for organisations seeking managed technology solutions.
LYIT is designed for maintenance environments where parts availability matters, systems need to work reliably onsite and existing workflows can’t be disrupted.
It complements established systems by capturing real-world issuing data at the point of use.
